This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a critical marketing technology transformation, directly shaping how our client connects with its audience and delivers essential communications.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to lead a fast-paced marketing platform migration. In this role, you will be instrumental in transitioning email campaigns from an existing marketing automation platform to a cutting-edge customer journey orchestration platform. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination across diverse teams, meticulous tracking of development progress, and the successful, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns, making a direct and significant impact on our client's outreach capabilities.

To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and track end-to-end migration activities for email campaigns from existing marketing automation platforms to a new customer journey orchestration platform.
  • Monitor progress of developers and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate across marketing, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Track key deliverables including email creatives, customer journeys, and campaign launches.
  • Identify, document, and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies that may impact timelines or launches.
  • Facilitate project meetings, maintain project plans, and ensure action items are completed.
  • Support launch readiness and ensure alignment with migration deadlines and priorities.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing, and marketing automation or customer journey orchestration platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools.


Preferred Skills:



  • Understanding of campaign execution workflows, email production, and customer journeys.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technology migration or transformation projects.
  • Strong risk management and status reporting capabilities.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.20 - $56.89 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
