North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is currently hiring an Information Technology (IT) Specialist!

TheInformation Technology (IT) Specialistprovides technicalsupport for the entire facility.This position ensures all internal departments are provided with high-quality systems technical support. Currently, this facility employs a Microsoft/Intel-based architecture and will continue to incorporate Microsoft solutions to expand the infrastructure.

This is a full-time position reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Windows-based PCs in a networked environment in coordination with the corporate IT department.
  • Troubleshoot individual workstations, ensuring a secure environment, and working cooperatively with the corporate office on various initiatives.
  • Setup software, grant and maintain access rights, backup data, and provide support the facility in accordance with the corporate office.
  • Responsible for maintenance and backup of the facility internal development servers. Support of desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Evaluate new hardware and software to meet facility requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware.
  • Assists in the assessment of user training needs; coordinates system applications training and performs in-house training (as needed).
  • Support and emulate high customer service standards internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or computer science.
  • At least one year experience working in Information Technology; Prefer 2 to 3 years of information technology experience to include desktop support, printer setup, and networking.
  • Must be detail and task oriented with a good work ethic. The facility will provide training as necessary.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
