Description

We're looking for a Production Technician to join our Grit Blast, Prime, and Urethane Casting team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality parts by following established manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. What You'll Do:

  • Perform Grit Blast and Prime operations by following established work instructions and quality standards.
  • Perform Urethane Casting processes safely and accurately according to written procedures.
  • Complete required process verification tests and accurately document results.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostics while maintaining maintenance records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by assisting with testing, documenting results, and implementing improvements.
  • Assist in developing and updating work instructions and process documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.

Bring your Expertise:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed written work instructions and procedures.
  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time while performing duties; must possess good dexterity skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Must maintain adequate near vision by means of annual test (per requirements of Work Instruction TES.WlQA.02).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • One to two years of experience in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or chemical processing environment is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience working with industrial equipment or manufacturing processes is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
