AP Shared Services- University Shared Services Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role supports the organization's financial operations by maintaining vendor relationships, verifying invoice data, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows while meeting deadlines. Collaboration with internal departments and external vendors is essential to ensure efficient and compliant financial processing. Shift
Monday - Friday, 8a-5 Hybrid, 2 days in office 3 remote- subject to change Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Excel, Word, and previous experience in PeopleSoft. Anticipated Hiring Range
