Responsibilities

Warehouse Outbound Coordinator

Midnights 7pm to 7am

Hourly Rate: $21.64 + $3 Shift Premium

Your seat at the table:

Getting Started and throughout shift:

  • Identify and track changeovers occurring during the shift.
    * Ensure each palletizing area has appropriate quantities of pallet jacks and skids.
    * Ensure correct case labels and LPN (License Plate Numbers) are applied and match product specifications.
    * Verify Lantech shrink-wrap machines have been set up correctly for the upcoming skids.
    * Place unused labels back in the label room.

Skid Tracking:

  • Print off LPNs when the skid is completed (not before).
    * When tagging skids, scan the case label bar code off of the finished skid.
    * Ensure the pallet tag is put on the correct skid.
    * Track order quantities and completion timelines to avoid overruns.
    * Communicate with the PMO and get ready for changeovers.
    * Inspect to make sure skid, boxes, labels, and pallet configuration match customer specifications in MIP/Infinity.
    * Ensure Red Prairie accurately performs LPN tracking, scans, shuttle tracking, BOL (bill of lading) printing and inventory quantities.
    * Perform manual inventory tracking of completed pallets and shuttles during system outages.

Housekeeping:

  • Keep area free of foreign material (wood, plastic, box pieces and film).
    * Keep rework totes empty.
    * Assist when necessary.

Breaks:

  • Assist with Warehouse General breaks.
    * Keep Warehouse General personnel organized and ensure rotation is completed in a timely manner.

Assist Warehouse General:

  • Provide help and guidance whenever needed.
    * Drive for zero mistakes.
    * Empty trash cans.
    * Maintain ice, water and cups as appropriate during summer months.
    * Maintain organized work space by keeping pace with production and shuttle operations.

Other

  • Maintain license and proficiency on Electric Walking Jacks and Powered Industrial Trucks (fork lifts).
    * Understand dock locks and associated visual control lights/markings.

Pay Range
