Department: Cash Management Hudson Valley Reports to: Division Head, Commercial Lending Status: Exempt Grade: 9E Salary Range: $52,000 - $90,498 Location: Yorktown Heights, NY Purpose/Objective: Responsible for broad array of cash management implementation, technical support, customer service and business support functions in conjunction with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking and Operations departments. Key Accountabilities: * Maintain high level of knowledge of the bank's cash management, domestic and international products and services. * Provide support for Cash Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities. * Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials. * Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of cash management services in conjunction with business partners. * Perform on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training. * Work with customers and 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Provide Cash Management product demonstrations and training. * Coordinate underwriting, maintenance and exception processing for ACH and Remote Deposit limits, in conjunction with lending teams and support units. * Coordinate and execute customer communications. * Perform MIS reporting related to Cash Management financial performance and product activity. * Coordinate and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions. Education: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience. Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of cash management sales/service experience. Skills & Knowledge: * Strong customer service skills. * Strong detail orientation. * Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. * Travel within the New England area is required.
