Job Title: Deputy Program Manager - Field Operations Location: Washington, DC Position contingent upon award of contract Position Purpose: The Deputy Program Manager for Field Operations serves as the primary operational leader for nationwide field training activities under the FAA program contract. Operating at a Director level, this role provides day-to-day oversight of all field-based contract personnel, ensuring consistent execution, performance, and compliance across geographically dispersed FAA facilities. This individual partners closely with the Program Manager, to implement enterprise training strategies, drive operational excellence, and maintain alignment with customer expectations. The Deputy Program Manager assumes full program leadership responsibilities when the Program Manager is unavailable. This position must be based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
