Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Reads orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wraps and labels shipments, and delivers to assembly line, packing or shipping areas.

  • Material Handling: Receives, counts, processes, stores, and distributes materials tools, equipment, and products within the facility; loads/unloads items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensures safe transit using appropriate equipment.

  • Inventory & Recordkeeping : Notifies coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.

  • General Operations: Opens containers, maintains a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

  • Plant Location: Fort Worth US75

  • Work Week & Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years in a plant or warehouse

  • No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands:

  • Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs

  • Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $15.26 - $22.89. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
