Aquent Studios is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organization dedicated to advancing health and wellness globally. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless development and compliance of critical promotional resources that reach patients and healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to play a pivotal role in managing the promotional content lifecycle. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in aligning diverse stakeholders, from product leads to external agencies, to navigate the complex landscape of content creation, approval, and maintenance. Your expertise will directly contribute to bringing essential health information to market efficiently and compliantly, driving the success of impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive project management support within the marketing team, collaborating with digital teams to produce and update promotional materials, including content revisions and guiding projects through the established review process.
  • Utilize industry-standard project management and content review platforms daily to initiate projects, assign tasks, and facilitate their progression through the approval workflow.
  • Define and manage the process for asset expiration, ensuring timely removal or renewal of promotional content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure all resources adhere to review process feedback and meet critical deadlines.
  • Represent content owners in prioritization meetings for scheduling assets for review.
  • Participate in relevant owner and agency meetings as needed to ensure project alignment and communication.
  • Develop and execute both straightforward and some complex content assets as required.
  • Undertake special projects as assigned, contributing to broader team objectives.


Required Qualifications



  • Demonstrated experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard content review platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven multi-project management skills, capable of handling several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building robust relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors and the ability to align with client compliance goals and policies.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Scientific knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with sales, marketing, or promotion development within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with vendor management.


The target hiring compensation for this role is $40-45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include: medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
