Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Operations Supervisor Woodward is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing complete control systems and kits for military, marine, and industrial applications. This position plays a key role in supporting the production of mission critical control systems, including systems supplied to the U.S. Navy. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily department activities, ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, and provide leadership to team members in a highly regulated production environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, maintaining quality standards, supporting continuous improvement, and helping ensure that all products meet strict customer and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in reading system level electrical schematics and control panel manufacturing. They must also have the ability to manage a fast-paced team focused on precision, accountability, and reliability.
