The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President of TTI Americas, Senior Vice President of Sales (Americas), and the Senior Vice President of Product & Supplier Management. The position is accountable for providing consistent performance in the areas of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and confidentiality. Position also supports other senior managers as requested and provides administrative back-up support to the Executive Assistant and other departments as needed.

Our Senior Administrative Assistant Team:



  • Maintains information and records of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
  • Provides effective communications support by composing/creating, updating, maintaining, proofreading and distributing business and personal correspondence, documents, spreadsheets, charts, distribution lists, address lists, reports and presentations as requested in a timely and quality manner.
  • Provides effective telephone and in-person support for executives by stewarding schedules (calls, meetings, etc), assisting internal and external callers, and routing calls if needed. Also, provides effective back-up support to Executive Assistant and other departments as needed.
  • Assists executives and other management staff as requested in managing calendars by effectively screening requests for appointments and meetings and by effectively scheduling and maintaining calendars as instructed.
  • Schedules all international and domestic travel, accommodations, and accurately completes expense reports and files weekly. Ensures that company travel policy and procedures are practiced.
  • Provides effective support by arranging and coordinating customer meetings, lunches/dinners, events, activities, conferences, general communications.
  • Ensures adequate stocking of office supplies for self and executives by reviewing inventory in stock, reviewing needs and by coordinating the placement of orders.
  • Drafts and prepares correspondence for internal announcements.
  • Aids additional key stakeholders around the company as needed (I.E. Regional VPs, GM's, etc.).


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED required. Five plus years of related administrative support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior level Executives simultaneously required.

  • Possesses good working knowledge of banking functions and accounting principles.
  • Effectively interprets instructions provided in verbal or written form and readily seeks instruction if unsure.
  • Demonstrated telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and operate 10-key by touch.
  • Previous experience with project coordination.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with an excellent understanding of the English grammar and composition.
  • Ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates sound business judgment and unquestionable work ethic.
