Overview:
The Ideal Services Supervisor leads a team of Ideal Services Agents in providing five diamond customer service to a wide variety of callers. As the main communication center of the hotel, Ideal Services fields a high volume of calls from both internal and external customers, responding to a diverse array of questions and requests.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously.
* Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate personnel or guest.
* Assist all guests and employees.
* Initiating Omni prompt responses help line by logging information regarding problems/situations which require prompt attention and relaying to appropriate personnel.
* Recording and making Wake up calls.
* Operating switchboard and two-way radio.
* Training the new associates
* Operating Systems- Monitor Alice and Synergy.
* Maintaining Hotel Directory
* Stay Up to date with emergency response procedures.
* Review agents prompt response logs
* Assure daily check list are completed.
Qualifications:
* Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously.

* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
