As an operational engine, you will manage critical intake pipelines, workflows, and cross-functional sign-off processes, playing a crucial role in keeping financial services compliant on a global scale. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to drive complex approvals will empower product teams to innovate responsibly, directly contributing to the trust and reliability of widely used services around the globe.

  • Facilitate and accelerate multi-stakeholder approval processes using internal tools, collaborating closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Regional Compliance teams.
  • Maintain and optimize internal dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow velocity, and compliance metrics. Deliver regular, data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Draft and distribute highly polished internal updates, including regular stakeholder newsletters, project trackers, and executive summaries to keep cross-functional partners aligned.
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring zero slippage on critical compliance timelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within compliance, legal, financial technology, banking, or a similarly complex, highly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume intake systems and driving complex, multi-tiered sign-off/approval processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data reporting, spreadsheet management, and dashboard maintenance (e.g., spreadsheet tools, data visualization tools).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience working within a large technology company or deep familiarity with internal tools, infrastructure, and processes for approvals and workflow management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex operational updates into clean, engaging internal newsletters and stakeholder communications.
  • An interest in or familiarity with global financial regulations, financial technology, or risk management frameworks.
