Wal-Mart is seeking a Manager, Operations in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to overseeing one or more work streams for the operations org. by dsgn'g proj plans; organizing proj timelines & deliverables. Master's or equiv in Bus. Admin., Eng'g (any), Operations, or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in Bus. Admin., Eng'g (any), Operations, or rel. fld & 2 yrs of exp in operations, proj mgmt, or rel. area. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: handling lrg datasets & bld'g interactive, insightful dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, & Data Studio; util'g Python or SQL to mng, clean, & process vast amounts of data effectively; identifying areas for process optimization & deploying process mapping & eng'g techniques to dvlp efficient progs.
