Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator for Belonging Programs is an integral member of the team primarily responsible for overseeing programmatic initiatives that support Multicultural Student Center dual-affiliated student organizations, including management of the dual-affiliation program (serving 90+ orgs annually) and administration of the MSC Grant which funds student organization events (disbursing up to $35,000 annually). The program coordinator serves as a resource for affiliated student organizations by providing guidance, support, and referrals to effectively navigate university policies and procedures and by developing workshops and trainings that support organizational development, success and sustainability. The program coordinator maintains a network of communication with relevant campus partners, including the office for Student Organizations, Leadership & Involvement. Compensation:The expected minimum starting salary for this position is $50,000. 00 annually. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
