Short Description

Supports the communications and relationship between Utility Owners and the project. Tracks design deliverables and assists with the generation of transmittals, participates in constructability reviews, and documents deliverable delays. Coordinates Utility Owner Work to ensure timely response to support inspections, locates, relocations, etc. Drafts regular written notifications to Utility Owners and tracks Utility Owner Work progress to report back to the project team. Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and completes meeting minutes. Tracks and manages RFIs/FDCs/NCRs/Submittals between the field, designers and Utility Owners. Provides data for monthly reporting, contractual obligations, technical issues, status progress reports, and scheduling. Helps to identify and evaluate issues and events that may constitute an increase or decrease in project or scope of work, cost, or schedule. Performs other duties as assigned.
