Coke Florida is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor based out of our Tampa location. We're currently looking for 6:00am - 4:00pm, working Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays.


What You Will Do:


The Maintenance Supervisor - Parts & Planning is responsible for leading maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts management, and work execution processes to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. This role utilizes SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules to manage work orders, preventive maintenance programs, inventory control, procurement activities, and maintenance performance metrics. The supervisor drives process standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance with maintenance best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:


SAP Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

  • Manage and optimize SAP PM work order processes from creation through completion.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance master data, equipment records, task lists, BOMs, and maintenance plans within SAP.
  • Ensure timely work order closure with accurate labor, material, and downtime reporting.


Spare Parts & Inventory Management

  • Oversee spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are available when needed.
  • Utilize SAP MM to manage parts requisitions, purchase requests, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
  • Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels and critical spare parts strategies.
  • Conduct inventory analysis to reduce stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors to improve parts availability and lead times.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.


Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise planners, and maintenance support teams as assigned.
  • Provide training and coaching on SAP processes, work management, and maintenance planning standards.
  • Lead daily planning and scheduling meetings to align maintenance priorities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

For this role, you will need:



  • 3+ years of maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or reliability experience in a manufacturing, industrial, utilities, or distribution environment.
  • Strong experience using SAP PM and SAP MM modules.
  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling methodologies.
  • Experience managing spare parts inventory and storeroom operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:



  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
  • Experience implementing maintenance process improvements and SAP optimization projects.
  • Previous Front-Line Leadership preferred
