Customer Escalations Representative (Hybrid) Location: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Model: Hybrid (1 week in office / 1 week remote after training) Training: First 30-60 days onsite About the Role We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a team that handles complex customer concerns and escalated service requests within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving, de-escalating challenging situations, and providing exceptional customer support. What You'll Do * Assist customers with escalated questions, concerns, and complaint resolutions. * Handle inbound calls from customers and internal partners regarding active complaint cases. * Gather information, investigate issues, and document cases accurately. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of customer service experience handling escalated or complex issues. * 1+ year of banking, financial services, or related industry experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
