Join a team supporting the launch of a secure Microsoft data center that powers critical government operations. This role focuses on hands-on installation, cabling, and troubleshooting of infrastructure inside a highly controlled, top-secret environment. Responsibilities: * Install and configure racks, servers, switches, and related hardware * Perform structured cabling, including fiber optic installations * Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues using standard procedures * Execute startup and shutdown processes following defined checklists * Conduct quality checks to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and cabling * Decommission and upgrade hardware components as needed Must Have: * Active Top Secret clearance * Previous data center experience * Fiber optic cabling experience * Basic hardware troubleshooting skills * Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office tools Nice to Have: * Data center maintenance experience * Infrastructure support background You will be working onsite in a secure facility with strict compliance requirements. Personal devices are not permitted inside the work area. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
