*Pay: *$20.00/Hr *Training:* 4 weeks in length. Onsite everyday. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm *Schedule: *Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm *Location:* Shoreview, MN. Hybrid schedule after training *Duration:* 12 Month Contract *Job Description:* Responsible for handling complex, escalated, high-value, or high-profile customer inquiries and complaints that require special attention. These cases may come from senior leadership, regulatory agencies, business partners, or internal management teams. Key responsibilities include: * Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues through research, analysis, and problem-solving. * Make and receive outbound and inbound calls with customers, clients, bankers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and drive issue resolution. * Review loan, credit, claims, servicing, and transaction records to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, investor guidelines, insurer standards, and government regulations. * Conduct detailed investigations to identify root causes, determine corrective actions, and ensure accurate resolutions. * Research products, terms, conditions, policies, and procedures to support decision-making and customer communication. * Prepare written correspondence and process complex monetary and non-monetary transactions or account corrections. * Document findings, risks, issues, and resolutions clearly and accurately. * Evaluate work involving areas such as underwriting, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, fair lending, and servicing operations. * Exercise decision-making authority similar to a first-line supervisor, including approving exceptions or overrides within established guidelines. * Escalate unresolved issues or recommendations that exceed authority limits to senior management. * Support remediation projects, perform ongoing quality reviews, generate reports, and summarize findings and trends. * Provide team leadership, guidance, and work direction as needed. *Qualifications* * Highschool Diploma * 3+ years of customer service experience * Preferred 2+ years experience in one or more of the following: operations, underwriting, or quality assurance within the financial industry * Prior banking or branch/community bank experience would be helpful * Prior experience with deescalating calls would be preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong multi-tasking ability * Strong written and verbal communication * Ability to handle multiple cases at once *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Shoreview, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.21 - $20.00/hr.
