We're seeking a future team member for the role ofNetwork Change manager & Governanceto join ourLINE of Technology Services Group Networkteam. This role is located inLake Mary FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for governance and oversight of infrastructure change activity, ensuring changes across network, platform, and core technology environments are executed with rigor, consistency, and strong operational control.

Strengthen infrastructure risk management and change control practices to safeguard production stability, reduce service disruption, and improve resilience across critical technology environments.

Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure change governance and ITSM processes, helping to ensure change execution aligns with platform requirements, operational dependencies, and enterprise standards.

Partner across infrastructure engineering, operations, and service management teams to drive consistency in change practices, improve coordination, and reinforce adherence to support and operational standards.

Advance the maturity of the enterprise infrastructure change management process by identifying gaps, driving process improvements, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to adopt stronger and more scalable controls.

Promote continuous improvement by reviewing infrastructure operating practices, recommending practical enhancements, and implementing changes that increase efficiency, transparency, and governance effectiveness.

Work closely with infrastructure operations and engineering teams to assess change impacts, define requirements, and produce clear supporting artifacts such as process documentation, implementation roadmaps, dependency analyses, and operational plans.

Apply leadership, sound judgment, and influence to identify opportunities that improve infrastructure governance, strengthen production readiness, and support the broader objectives of technology production services.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Strong infrastructure leadership- Deep experience in networking infrastructure and the ability to lead governance across complex technology change activity.

• Risk and change management discipline- A proven ability to strengthen controls, protect production, and reduce the risk of service disruption.

• Operational and ITSM expertise- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, infrastructure operations, and the standards required to support stable execution.

• Cross-functional influence- The ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and service management teams to drive alignment and accountability.

• Continuous improvement mindset- A focus on maturing change management practices, improving operational effectiveness, and advancing best practices.

• Executive communication and stakeholder management- Confidence engaging senior leaders, presenting clearly, and building consensus across a matrixed organization.

• Analytical strength and execution focus- The ability to turn data, requirements, and operational insights into actionable plans, clear documentation, and measurable outcomes.
