Pay & Benefits

* $20.00 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience
* Additional $2.00/hour shift premium for employees working 2nd or 3rd shift
* Time and a half after 40 hours; double time after 48 hours
* Vacation plus 11 paid holidays

Training

Openings are available on all shifts. If you're assigned to an off shift, orientation will begin on day shift. Depending on the role, some employees may remain on day shift for training before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

What You'll Do

* Operate and monitor production machinery
* Load, unload, and move steel materials throughout the production process
* Assist with machine setups and product changeovers
* Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
* Complete production paperwork and enter basic production information
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Work as part of a team to keep production running efficiently
* Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to your supervisor

What We're Looking For

* Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
* Stable work history, typically one year or more with recent employers
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
* Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
* Basic math skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
* Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
