Responsibilities
Develop and communicate design concepts and strategic recommendations through clear, client-ready presentations and narratives
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal stakeholders to support scope, schedule, and quality outcomes
- Produce and oversee the development of drawings, renderings, and material/finish narratives to effectively communicate design intent
- Partner with clients to validate project goals, functional requirements, budget parameters, and design direction
- Lead documentation of code and compliance considerations; review and coordinate shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and related deliverables as assigned
- Prepare and/or oversee project construction documents and specifications consistentwith firm standards and project requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Registered Interior Designer in the State of Texas, or eligible for registration through reciprocity
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible interior design experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners in both virtual and in-person settings
- Advanced technical proficiency in interior design, including:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software
- Knowledge of Bluebeam
