Temple University's Division of Student Affairs is searching for a Recreation Manager. Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $47,000 - $50,000 Position Summary The Recreation Manager ensures the HSC Recreation Center operates as a safe, welcoming, and student-centered environment that supports well-being, belonging, and campus connection for HSC students, faculty, staff, and partners. This position uses participation, satisfaction, and operational data to improve programs, strengthen service delivery, and support departmental planning. The Recreation Manager also contributes to the SFCAO student employment program by recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating student staff through learning-centered employment practices that promote communication, teamwork, accountability, leadership, and service excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.
