As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Duties in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer supporting a government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assist riders, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and reporting of unusual behavior and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and communicating clearly regarding policy questions, operational changes, and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
