Goldbelt Professional Services specializes in providing expert resources for Public Health missions including scientific, technical, and administrative support from junior staff to high-level subject matter experts. Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services' experts create solutions customized to the client's needs.

Summary:

Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC is seeking aProject Manager to work within the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This position will provide professional support to the various Divisions within NCIRD. This work will be performed at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Roybal Campus in Atlanta, GA. The CDC is the nation's premier health promotion, prevention, and preparedness agency. The Project Manager will report to Goldbelt Professional Services leadership to ensure the execution of timely, high-quality deliverables for the client.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement NCIRD-specific web strategy and ensure coordination with Divisions and Offices. Successful implementation and coordination will result in NCIRD prioritizing digital and web work; coordinating content updates and management across the center; guiding selection of site models, content types, and meta tagging for NCIRD content; and routing and approving requests for new sites or pages.
  • Manage a strategic social media content calendar. This work may include developing the strategy and content for cross-NCIRD topics; identifying the best platforms and channels for different audiences; coordinating center-level clearance for social media; coordinating with channel managers for the agency for additional approvals and scheduling; and monitoring engagement and other metrics.
  • Provide metrics analysis and support for using data relating to digital or web work to help fulfill project goals and activities. Deliver metrics reports to divisions on a regular basis and upon request using CDC-provided metrics tools and platforms.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of digital communication strategy, web governance, content management, metadata, tagging, and information architecture best practices.
  • Ability to coordinate web strategy, content updates, site/page requests, and digital priorities across divisions, offices, and stakeholders.
  • Skill in developing and managing strategic social media content calendars, including platform selection, audience targeting, content clearance, approvals, and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of digital, web, and social media metrics, including engagement measures, performance indicators, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze metrics, prepare clear reports, and use data insights to support project goals, improve digital products, and refine communication strategies. Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse set of government and commercial stakeholders on technical contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership, teamwork, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to derive innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with data management and effective management and utilization of resources.
  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7+ years senior level project management experience, including demonstrated knowledge of principles and concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with executives or senior staff.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Management, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree.

Pay and Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 - 115,000 Annually
