Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour | 4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday | 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Production Operator Education Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.



Production Operator Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.


Production Operator Job Duties

  • Assemble products according to work instructions and production standards
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or next production steps
  • Follow safety procedures, quality guidelines, and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Monitor production goals and maintain consistent workflow
  • Complete required production records and documentation
  • Support team members and communicate production issues as needed
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned
