Function as a sourcing subject matter expert, build sourcing toolkits, train, and run sourcing campaigns across the organization. Develop innovative methods to source, evaluate, and build candidate pipelines. Cultivate and foster relationships with talent acquisition partner and large-scale networks to deliver upon both immediate and short-term needs and strategic long-term projects. May manage open positions and provide full-cycle recruiting. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from external and referral candidate pools
- Assist the talent acquisition team to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment services
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking, candidate pool development, and brand recognition
- Create and maintain sourcing toolkits to enhance recruitment campaigns; train team members and practitioners on new or enhanced resources
- Proactively identify opportunities for candidate engagement through recruitment marketing efforts
- Identify areas of engagement with community resources with the intent to grow DFA brand awareness
- Provide insight and data to positively enhance the candidate experience
- Execute behavioral interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
- Utilize the applicant tracking system effectively for sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Perform full-cycle recruitment processes including developing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing, and extending job offers
- Participate in career fair activities and represent DFA at a range of identified recruitment activities
- Partner with Human Resources team to identify and implement process and system improvements

Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- 2 to 5 years of talent sourcing, human resources, or related experience
- Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of human resources practice areas and HR related laws/regulations
- Consulting skills and a true customer service orientation towards internal and external clients
- Strong work ethic with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and work well at all levels of the organization
