Within VCS, theLMM (Large Middle Market) segmentteamis core to Visa's growth strategy in deliveringcapabilitiesthatspan across T&E and B2B payment solutions.We work across the organization toenableinnovationandthedelivery of solutions cross-regionally tomeet our clients' needs. This role requiresan initiative-takingindividual withstrong leadership, vision, problem solvingabilityand knowledgeincommercial solutions. This individual will haveprior salesenablementand/ orcommercial solutionsexpertise.This person'sprimary responsibility is todeliver Visa's products and solutions to ourLMM segmentclientsas well as thebroader payment eco system e.g.buyers, suppliers, financial institutions.This person willinteract with executives and others in client and partner organizationstoidentifyrelevant solutionsbased on their needs.This person will work closely with the LMM segment solutions head as well as functional partners and multiple stakeholders globally and regionally. They will support the business in a broad range of areas including building proposition roadmaps, product strategy, M&A planning and integration, partnership development and execution. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $192,300.00 to $ 307,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
