We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Training to join Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) organization and drive training and enablement for our North America (NA) sales team. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Regional Sales Enablement & Training with dual reporting responsibilities to the VAS Go-to-Market (GTM) function in NA. This individual will design and execute strategic sales programs to ensure VAS Sellers (account executives) have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position Visa's products and solutions. They will work to infuse sales materials with local knowledge and expertise, and tailor the enablement and training outcomes to meet the needs of the GTM team's desired outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of training expertise, project management skills, and sales acumen, with the energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners - including GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Seller Experience leads - to deliver consistent, high-impact and comprehensive enablement initiatives aligned to the region's priorities.
Responsibilities: What You'll Do-this is a do-er role!
- Sales Training & Enablement Leadership:
- Execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with VAS go-to-market priorities within the region.
- Create engaging training content infused with local market intelligence, competitive positioning, and data to help Visa sellers understand how to sell more effectively within the region.
- Design and shape materials and enablement programs to meet the expectations of success as defined by GTM leadership through Sales Bootcamps, Targeted Sales Play & Enablement deployments, Customized Learning Journeys, etc.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure enablement programs align with seller workflows and priorities and that programs are live and accessible to sellers on their Compass Highspot hubs.
- Enable Content Development:
- Coordinate with Regional Solutions and Marketing teams to localize content by incorporating the latest regional strategies, product features and updates into client facing narratives and materials
- Translate updates from Solution Leads, Sales Leaders or lessons from the field into bite-sized training content (videos, modules, etc.) to capture unique market nuances and local subject matter expertise.
- Leverage generative AI and content automation tools to rapidly convert complex product updates and field insights into engaging micro-learning content (e.g., AI-generated video tutorials, interactive FAQs or chatbots), ensuring timely and scalable knowledge transfer to your regional sellers.
- Coordinate with Regional Solutions and Marketing teams to incorporate new features and updates into training materials, and ensure consistency across regional delivery of thought leadership, B2B marketing campaigns, etc.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track key enablement metrics to gauge program success, such as new-hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, certification attainment, and improvements in seller performance.
- Gather an analyze data as well as feedback from sellers and managers to identify areas of improvement and continuously refine training programs to improve effectiveness.
- Use data and analytics to measure enablement impact and drive enhancements.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles, preferably in technology or payments.
- Experience working across multiple markets ideally in NA, and strong ability to adapt and localize content using market intelligence
- Familiarity with digital learning approaches including AI-enabled content development
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for B2B sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and what sellers need to succeed.
- Skilled in creating engaging content and leveraging digital tools for training delivery.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing calendars and logistics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $134,800.00 to $ 216,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
