SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Middle Market Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting Portfolio Managers in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers, analyzing financial statements, and preparing detailed credit write ups and recommendations to support loan decisions. This role plays a critical part in mitigating risk and ensuring the soundness of the bank's Middle Market lending portfolio. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation, continuing education as assigned by the team leader in the development of core competencies. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents and other electronic reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day. In order to qualify for Hybrid accommodations, associates must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
