About the Opportunity:
Join a top-notch crystal growth team and be primarily responsible for maintaining and operating process equipment, preparing wafers and holders, inspecting and handling parts according to product specific requirements.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate and maintain material growth reactors and other process equipment to produce materials meeting defined specifications and quality standards
  • Provide technical support to technicians, scientists, and other engineers on components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Interface with other team members to assure efficient flow of information and materials

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semi-conductor manufacturing
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering specifications, operation sheets, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Hands-on experience testing, inspecting, and repairing electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies; soldering, wire bonding, or machine tool experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, guide other technicians, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to safely handle and assemble small, delicate components.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
