About the Opportunity:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting/sourcing a pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating job offers to candidates.
- Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension, and more.
- Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates, and present job offers.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
- Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coach and guide managers accordingly.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented).
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8+ years of experience in Excel and Outlook.
- 8+ years of experience in LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed.
- 8+ years of experience working in a very fast-paced, constantly changing environment with high demand/metrics - high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS.
- 8+ years of experience in Full life cycle recruiting.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Experience in Engineering recruiting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Previous experience in agency and corporate recruiting.
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to build relationships and work well with others (hiring managers and client) - be comfortable with having multiple people in the 'sandbox'.
- Able to manage multiple requisitions at a time (30-35 reqs).
- Good Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Adaptable/willing to change.
- Engineering/IT Recruiting/Technical recruiting.
- Effective influent/negotiation skills.
- Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defence industries (RTX, Northrop, Boeing, Lockheed).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
