The Associate Director of Financial Aid oversees the Financial Aid operations at a Herzing University's Dallas campus and supports the University's mission through administration of financial aid funding for students. This individual works directly with students, providing counseling and assistance on all aspects of the financial aid process. The Associate Director also serves as a leader on campus and within the Financial Aid function at Herzing University. The Associate Director supports new and active students through effective counseling with intentional focus on financial wellness. REQUIREMENTS:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
