The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $131,629.35 - $202,506.69 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. SCOPE: Oversees pharmacy operations to ensure pharmacy requirements are met. Oversees department job functions and ensures department operates within budget. Establishes and implements departmental policies and procedures. Initiates and follows quality assurance and safety policies and procedures. Consults with physicians and other clinicians to provide expertise on all pharmacy related issues. Analyzes and reports pharmacological and disease management information. Provides hematology/oncology clinical analysis expertise to physicians and clinical staff. Conducts pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
