Requirements

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer and mobile app skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable with reliable attendance
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

• Check drivers in and out using the project mobile application
• Verify driver information and assignment status
• Assist drivers with fueling vehicles as needed
• Provide basic clerical and administrative support
• Communicate with drivers and project staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor project documentation and report any issues
• Maintain an organized work area
• Perform additional project support duties as assigned
