Lead Quality Excellence in a High-Impact Manufacturing Environment

Are you an experienced Quality Control Manager with a strong background in automotive manufacturing, quality systems, and team leadership? This is an exciting opportunity to drive quality strategy, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee a multi-functional quality organization supporting production, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Metrology/Lab, and Quality Systems teams.
• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs while driving corrective and preventive action initiatives.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve product and process quality concerns.
• Support product development and manufacturing activities through quality planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead continuous improvement, lessons learned, and root cause analysis activities to improve quality performance.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all organizational levels and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant quality certifications and experience will also be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment with a proven track record in quality management.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, corrective actions, continuous improvement methodologies, and customer quality requirements.
