Description

The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) will
support the BrainSport program in the division of pediatric neurology. The ACRC
will contribute to the overall operational management of clinical
research/trial/study activities from design, set up, conduct, through closeout.
The position has the responsibility for assisting with the implementation of
research activities for Care4Kids and U54 grant. The ACRC will ensure adherence
to the study(S) protocols and applicable regulations. The position is hybrid
with a variable schedule but can be mainly on site during high recruitment
periods.

This is a limited position that may convert to
career.

Salary Range: $30.74 - 49.46 Hourly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with
    thoroughness and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with
    strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build
    relationships.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities;
    work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to situations in an appropriate and
    professional manner.
  • Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that
    contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more
    than one individual.
  • Typing and computer skills / ability including
    word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, and data entry.
  • Ability to navigate numerous software programs and
    applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential material information with
    judgement and discretion
  • Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple
    constituents.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a Health Care Setting
