Job Overview:

The Energy Sales Coordinator will provide dedicated support to Energy Sales Operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting coordination of services within the Energy Sales department. Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, customer requirements, and project deliverables while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, timely execution, and a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with project closeout ("washout") activities by coordinating final documentation, financial reconciliations, invoicing support, and administrative tasks to ensure the accurate and timely completion of projects.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships through customer interactions by optimizing opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Schedule pickup and delivery of generator equipment as needed for operations.
  • Unload, check in, and receive all equipment (sales/rental) in DBS, WFD, and SharePoint.
  • Schedule local freight for project delivery (sales).
  • Assist in closing out projects i.e. updating SIMSi, balancing costing sheets with DBS.
  • Create O&MM's.
  • Accountable for managing New Sales inventory. This includes physical and administrability.
  • Responsible for all vendors, CAT and 3rd party, inventory tracking.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a related field required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative experience, with finance and invoicing experience preferred.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze, manipulate, and validate large datasets, support system integration efforts, and efficiently transfer data between Excel and various business systems while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office with ability to learn new applications and programs.
  • Results-oriented and focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities; meets deadlines and works well under pressure.
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers.
  • Must possess a customer centric mindset along with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks/priorities and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
  • 3+ years of project management and deliverables experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions

  • The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the day, however this position may also require working in non-climate-controlled environments as well as outdoors.
  • Position may require employees to be physically present at designated worksite locations.
  • Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.
  • Requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
  • Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.
  • Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
