Senior Analyst, Pricing - NYC (Hybrid) Role Responsibilities The Senior Analyst, Pricing Strategy partners with the Pricing Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Governance to deliver data-driven insights that inform pricing decisions and drive business performance. This role combines advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to develop scalable pricing tools, automate reporting and processes, identify growth opportunities, and support key pricing initiatives across a global organization. The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical problem solver who can translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Role Requirements
Work Shift HYBRID -Western Union values in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. Salary The base salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
