Description and Requirements

Location: Preferred: Chicago; Flexible: Seattle

Motorola Mobility is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead, T-Mobile Postpaid for our North America region. This role owns Motorola's postpaid Magenta business at T-Mobile, driving share and revenue growth through strong commercial execution and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Own T-Mobile postpaid Magenta performance across all product categories.
    • Lead day-to-day engagement with T-Mobile stakeholders across sales, merchandising, and operations.
    • Partner with the sales team to execute the T-Mobile strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Drive share gain and revenue growth through promotions, launches, and in-market execution.
    • Manage pricing and promotions for all Motorola products.
    • Lead cross-functional internal and T-Mobile alignment to advance strategic priorities and ensure disciplined execution across key business initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Postpaid share growth.
    • Revenue performance versus plan.
    • Sell-through performance on key SKUs.
  • Collaboration:
    • Ensure flawless execution of key initiatives, including device launches and sell-through programs.
    • Partner effectively across internal and T-Mobile teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and keep execution on track.

Qualifications:

  • Carrier or national account experience, including T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, or similar accounts.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
  • Strong commercial operator with proven execution capability.
  • Data-driven, accountable, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Positive, resilient, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate obstacles and maintain execution momentum.
