What You'll Do
  • Lead site-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned to safety, KPIs, and business goals
  • Partner across functions to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact improvements
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost
  • Lead cross-functional projects from problem identification through sustained implementation
  • Oversee the portfolio of projects across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Analyze process performance using data-driven methods to identify waste, variability, and improvement opportunities
  • Standardize best practices across departments and shifts to sustain operational improvements
  • Present business cases, project results, and recommendations to site leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years in continuous improvement, operations, engineering, or manufacturing leadership
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; Green Belt or ability to obtain within an established timeframe required
  • Experience with ERP/MES, CMMS, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel
  • Proven success delivering results through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive practical, sustainable improvements
  • Ability to influence, motivate and direct a large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly in to this position
  • Hands-on leader who is comfortable spending time on the shop floor to observe work processes and validate data
  • Willingness to travel for benchmarking, cross-site support, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical field required
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
