Job Title: Inside Sales Representative II / Merchandiser Coordinator

Location: Little Rock, AR, USA 72209

Duration: 5+ Months

Work Schedule:
8:00 AM to 5: 00 PM Monday, Thursday, Friday in office, Tuesday and Wednesday work at home (Hybrid Position)

Interviews: Will be done in person.

Summary:

  • 2-4+ years in merchandising, procurement, or supply chain support
  • Experience in foodservice distribution, wholesale, or retail grocery
  • Background supporting category managers, sales teams, or regional operations
  • Proven experience with:
  • Item setup, maintenance, and pricing updates
  • Vendor coordination and communication
  • Promotional execution and tracking
  • Familiarity with multi-location or regional business environments


Preferred Skills

  • Data & Systems Skills
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis)
  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems
  • Ability to manage large item files (SKUs, costs, attributes)
