Title: Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: 100% Onsite Role in McLean, VA is preferred but Open to candidates 100% Onsite in Dallas, TX ****Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of professional experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), quantitative data analysis, marketing strategy, or marketing analytics**** This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics, you will support Hilton's Marketing and Brand Organizations on internal projects that measure marketing performance through complex econometric models (Marketing Mix Modeling/"MMM"). What you'll do during a typical day: - Collaborate across Data Science, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing stakeholders to support program management for regional Marketing Mix Models (MMM) - Own collection and validation of modeling data inputs - Review model iterations and provide feedback to Data Science partners based on marketing, business, and econometric factors - Develop Marketing Performance tools and deliverables with clear, insight-driven narratives and recommendations to internal marketing stakeholders How you'll collaborate with others: - Collaborate with internal data science and analytics teams to develop regional Marketing Mix Models (MMM) - Work with our Regional Marketing partners to understand analysis needs, deliver insights, and support implementation of results Projects you'll take ownership of: - Lead collection and manage timeline of all required data inputs for MMM analysis, including internal and external sources - Lead model reviews and timelines for Marketing Mix Models - Lead transformation of Excel and SQL outputs into Excel and Powerpoint deliverables - Synthesize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights into executive-ready presentations for business reviews and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership - Identify opportunities to optimize project efficiency, model infrastructure, and insights delivery Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field - Intermediate Excel proficiency (data analysis, transformation, lookups, Pivot tables) - Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or similar econometric modeling, including multivariate linear or Bayesian regressions - Experience with SQL - Experience managing analytics projects is nice to have, but not required - Experience in marketing, hospitality or related industry | |
