Job title: Sr. Operations Admin Specialist Duration: 9 Months Location: Westlake TX 76262 Manager is looking for candidates that are committed to working onsite for the entire assignment. This position will report to the Team Manager of Donor Services and will have extensive exposure to skip level leadership. Client is an independent public charity created to increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor advised fund DAF account. A donor advised fund account is a simple, flexible, tax smart investment account designed specifically for charitable purposes that offers clients and advisors a simple and streamlined way to contribute, invest and grant effectively. Job Description: Handle incoming operational volume for the client's Service organization. This would include remediation of cases, contribution queue, processing of forms paperwork, email boxes, Transfer of Asset follow up, hotline calls, weekly reports, amongst other tasks. Possible follow up on noting order work, requesting corrected paperwork or new paperwork based on situation. Collaborate with business partners to provide efficient and effective service for advisors and donors Engage your talents: what you'll have Good Communications skills Able to work in a Team environment Requirements: BABS degree or equivalent experience highly preferred Ability to work in a fast paced environment by absorbing and applying complex information quickly. Time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and prioritize priorities. Ability to multitask and handle a large quantity of volume at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracy Capable of working effectively within a team environment with the utmost professionalism
