This is a high-impact leadership role driving new business, client expansion, and revenue performance across a dynamic global portfolio. You'll shape the future of M&E by building world-class sales strategies that deliver on our 2030 ambition and $1B TTV target. Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute the global sales strategy aligned to M&E 2030 growth ambitions and $1B TTV target Experience & Qualifications * Proven experience leading and scaling global or multi-regional B2B sales teams
* Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding revenue targets * Experience in Meetings & Events, corporate travel, or professional services environments * Strong knowledge of M&E service lines including venue finding, managed meetings, SMM, event management, and group travel * Proven ability to sell and position SMM programs to enterprise clients * Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles * Strong leadership experience across geographically distributed teams * Track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, and Enablement functions * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Familiarity with SPICED, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies * Experience operating in global matrix organisations * Minimum 10+ years leading high-performing sales organisations * Strong cross-cultural leadership and adaptability * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required) * Postgraduate qualification (preferred) Work Perks! - What's in it for you: FCTG is renowned internationally for having amazing perks and an even better culture. Recognized Holidays are either paid time off or, if required to work due to job requirements, holiday pay rate, and may vary depending on state. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $185,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets.
