ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Analyst Quality is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading plantwide quality improvement initiatives that advance operational performance and product excellence. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the plant's Quality Strategy, ensuring the achievement of key quality performance indicators and alignment with quality-related plant performance indicators. You will also ensure the plant's Quality Management System remains compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard and follows the processes and standards established by the Global Quality organization. You will support the continuous improvement of operations, existing products, and new product introductions by applying the End-to-End Quality process for new product development and using Early Management tools to support product and process changes. You will apply Lean manufacturing methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues, eliminate root causes, and improve system reliability. In addition, you will work closely with the Supplier Quality team and component suppliers to resolve quality concerns and effectively manage nonconforming materials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
