How you will make history here... The Senior Manager, RGM Strategy -Snacks/Bakeryplays a critical role in turning RGM strategy into action. This role ensures that category and brand teams have clear, analytically grounded recommendations that bring pricing, promotion, and mix strategies to life in annual planning, innovation, and in market execution. This role operates as a day to day RGM owner for defined brands or sub category scope, partnering closely with Brand, Customer Strategy, Sales, and Finance to ensure RGM levers are applied consistently and effectively. The Senior Manager supports category level strategy setting while driving strong execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. What you will do... Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $133,800-$183,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
