We are currently looking for General Labor for the following departments:

Freezer Bar

1st shift-7:00am-3:00pm

2nd shift-3:00pm-11:00pm

Powder Department

2nd shift-2:00pm-10:00pm

3rd shift-10:00pm-6:00am

BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION

To perform general production operation duties deemed necessary and requested by the supervisor or manager or lead. This does not include machine operation.

This position will require the employee to work overtime as needed. Overtime is scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Must follow Jel Sert safety procedures, GMP requirements and work instructions.
• Perform different tasks as requested throughout the shift.
• Follow supervisor/manager/lead instructions.
• Learn new duties and tasks quickly.
• Identify safety and quality problems.
• Keep work area(s) clean and free of safety hazards.
• Perform other work as required.

Actualmente estamos buscando Personal General de Produccion para los siguientes departamentos:

Barra de Congelacion

1er turno - 7:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m.

2do turno - 3:00 p. m. a 11:00 p. m.

Departamento de Polvo

2do turno - 2:00 p. m. a 10:00 p. m.

3er turno - 10:00 p. m. a 6:00 a. m.

PROPOSITO BASICO DEL PUESTO

Realizar tareas generales de operacion de produccion que el supervisor, gerente o lider considere necesarias y solicite. Esto no incluye la operacion de maquinaria.

Este puesto requerira que el empleado trabaje horas extras cuando sea necesario. Las horas extras se programan segun las responsabilidades laborales individuales y las necesidades del departamento.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Debe seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de Jel Sert, los requisitos de BPM (Buenas Practicas de Manufactura) y las instrucciones de trabajo.
• Realizar diferentes tareas segun se solicite durante el turno.
• Seguir las instrucciones del supervisor, gerente o lider.
• Aprender rapidamente nuevas funciones y tareas.
• Identificar problemas de seguridad y calidad.
• Mantener el area o las areas de trabajo limpias y libres de riesgos de seguridad.
• Realizar otras tareas segun se requiera.

FOOD SAFETY/QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow applicable work procedures and instructions and monitor quality control points (QCP's).

Backup Redundant

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good motor skills and hand/eye coordination.
• Willingness to perform different tasks throughout a shift.
• Ability to identify quality problems and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of GMP's and Jel Sert safety practices.
• No previous experience required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Manufacturing/Distribution and fast paced environment.
• A full range of motion is required (reaching and lifting), lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for the duration of a shift (8 or more hours).
• Continuous work.
• Possible exposure to various odors and powder dust.
• Work independently.
• Mandatory overtime during the week and/or weekend required as necessary.

Seguir los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables y monitorear los puntos de control de calidad (QCP).

CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y CAPACIDADES

• Buenas habilidades motoras y coordinacion mano-ojo.
• Disposicion para realizar diferentes tareas durante un turno.
• Capacidad para identificar problemas de calidad y seguir instrucciones.
• Conocimientos basicos de las GMP y de las practicas de seguridad de Jel Sert.
• No se requiere experiencia previa.

CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO

• Entorno de manufactura/distribucion y de ritmo acelerado.
• Se requiere un rango completo de movimiento (alcanzar y levantar objetos), levantando hasta 50 lb.
• Permanecer de pie durante toda la duracion de un turno (8 horas o mas).
• Trabajo continuo.
• Posible exposicion a diversos olores y polvo en suspension.
• Trabajar de forma independiente.
• Se requieren horas extras obligatorias durante la semana y/o el fin de semana segun sea necesario.
