The Sr Mgr Electric Services has statewide responsibility for employee safety and the overall safe operation of equipment to protect employees and the general public. This role also provides strategic leadership for Protection and Control devices at 1,200 substations (HVD, LVD, and strategic customer substations), as well as all smart electronic devices on HVD and LVD lines. Leads a workforce consisting of field supervision, engineering/technical analysts, and Operations, Maintenance & Construction (OM&C) employees. Leads and develops strategic partnerships with HVD Engineering to successfully plan and execute projects that improve the reliability and performance of the electric distribution system. Provides leadership and direction within the Electric Reliability Rally Room to support SAIDI performance objectives and work plan adherence. Directs, coaches, and develops EFL Leadership by assessing competencies, identifying development opportunities, and providing ongoing training and support to enhance leadership effectiveness. Manages and supports project execution activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement through effective problem-solving, process enhancement, project controls, performance metrics, and reporting across multiple levels of the organization.
